• Art is exchanged without conferring any rights to characters or subject matter depicted therein. Persons purchasing art therefore do not have the right to re-publish or use the characters/ideas represented contrary to the copyrights held by their respective publishers.
• Works are assumed to be transferred from person to person on a collector basis.
• Ink Classics does not knowingly purchase or sell art that is stolen. It is in our best interests to make sure the trading environment surrounding this hobby stays clean.
• If said piece is known to be a recreation, it will be treated and described as such.
• In cases where art is attributed (artist is not known for absolute certain), it will be noted with the description. In other cases, some art may be listed with incorrect credits. It is the duty of the buyer to do all pertinent research that enables them to make an informed decision. Mistakes can and will occur; we apologize for any inconvenience.
• If a piece of art on Ink Classics is contested as stolen, it status for sale will be frozen until appropriate inquires can be made.
• Ink Classics will retain records of where/who art is purchased from and sold to in order to protect ourselves and you if a pieces provenance is contested/questioned.
• All information received (address, names, numbers, et cetera) will be kept private and protected. We value your privacy.
• Ink Classics does reserve the right to refuse, at any time, to do business with anyone, if properly justified.
• Art is sold on a first come, first serve basis.
